And I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time I've been there before many times and I'd return there again I definitely would say if you're in that area or if you need a care that can be taken care of their they're definitely worth the shopping and it's still going to an emergency room unless you are where you need to be.

Went to urgent care on Friday June 28th as I could not get in to see my Dr. same day.Tests were run and I received a follow up call on Monday morning stating I needed my Dr’s care. I had been to see my Dr on Monday so I was not worried as he had his own testing.I recieved another follow up call on July 4th from urgent care stating I needed to go ER immediately. I called my Dr and he confirmed, but he had not followed up with me or communicated this. If it was not for urgent care due diligence in follow-up - I may have lost my liver and or life.I am so grateful for the follow up care.

I made an appointment for 8:36 am. They kept taking people ahead of me. There was no obvious urgencies. No bleeding or heart attacks. I did not get out of there till after 10. I sat in the room for over 30 minutes after they called me back. I see no need to make an appointment.

I knew coming to your clinic that I had a sinus infection. I could not get a doctor appointment that’s why I came to your urgent care . The nurse practitioner would not give me an antibiotic and this was obvious that being 60 years old this was not my first sinus infection or first time I took an antibiotic. So I left and went to the ER got treated and they prescribed me antibiotics and I’m healing. So I paid you for nothing!!

Not sure why appointments are accepted? I had an appointment at 5:40 and was seen at 7:30pm. There were not many other people in the waiting room and some even left because they got tired of waiting. Everything else was fine but not sure I will return because the wait seemed excessive and there wasn’t any communication to me regarding expectations on wait. I had to eventually ask if I had been forgotten.

Had a random urine drug screen and Kristen was great! She was professional, prompt and had a smile on her face. I only put a 3 for wait time because when I checked in I told receptionist I really had to pee and was told the only thing she could do was let me use the bathroom and give me a bottle of water. My wait was only about 25 min but by then I was pacing and about to wet my pants.

It was good; however when I was checking in I could not remember the word recoverytrek when I did the girls up front said in a loud voice “oh your here for a drug test!!” And then laughed. I recommend that they understand that they consider that patient might not want everyone to know what they are there for. I don’t want the girls to get in trouble just a good teaching point. No harm no foul on my end.

I booked my appointment for a pre-employment drug screen a day in advance, arrived 15 minutes early and still had to wait almost an hour just to pee in a cup and sign a few forms. I understand that some patients with legitimate health concerns had to be seen immediately but it also forced me to sit in a waiting room for a prolonged period with people who may have been Covid positive. I do appreciate that everyone was masked but that was my main concern.

I came in as a walk-in for a pre employment drug screening. staff was extremely helpful and informative. This was my first trip to this location. It was for a drug screening for employment. I did have to wait for about an hour, however, I was a walk in patients and did not ha e an appointment. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean. It is awkward for it was my first time to have to pee in a cup for employment. And there is no sink in the bathroom to wash your hands afterwards. I was informed this is because of the nature of the visit. All in all it was a good experience.

I was a walking and I walked in for a drug screen requested by my potential employer and the receptionist not only allowed me to come and walk in extremely late she took care of my drug screen in 15 minutes I was in and out during the check-in process not only did she assist me I watched her so three other patients issues and executed with professionalism knowledge Grace in a very efficient manner. I wish to commend everyone that I had the pleasure of interacting with today.When I was faced with what at first seemed like a no-win situation (major traffic congestion from Route 95 that eventually spilled over to Route 1 North). After 2 calls attempting to find some type of solution, I was eventually transferred to the Fettle office and once there an exception was made which aided me to come in for the drug screening part of my physical (for I wanted to ensure that I was well hydrated to not add on any additional time, so while driving to the location I had dranked 5 bottles of water). Afterwards I was added to the list of other waiting patients and within1-2 hours, my physical was completed and I was able to walk out with my paperwork in hand. Many thanks ti the staff at the Fettle staff, you all are Super!!!

My visit was for an employment drug screening. The two ladies at the front were awesome. They were both knowledgeable, considerate, patient and kind. They greeted/acknowledged every single person that entered the facility and made us feel welcome. The lady who helped me after being called back was the same! I have never done any drugs in my life, but this thing made it look like I do. it came back positive for opioids and morphine, a substance that naturally occurs in poppy seeds, which I ate on two “everything bagels” for lunch the previous day. Poppy seeds have enough codeine and morphine that naturally are in them that it triggered this false positive. I am just disappointed that the test can’t differentiate from a person who naturally consumes it through food, or malicious illegal use of a substance. I can’t believe that an everything bagel could be the cause of a bump in the road for me getting a job. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for an “accurate” lab test to see if it was naturally consumed through food, or ingested some other way, in which I have no idea how.

The wait was really long didnt leave until almost 5 pm..lots of Walmart drug tests that day...back of house was very awesome...woman at the front desk on the other hand took her attitude out on customers and was later complaining to someone on her cellphone she couldnt leave because we were all there 5 of us total.very rude disrespectful to an elderly woman who questioned why someone who showed up after all of us got to go when it was her turn.. If I wouldn't have been there to get a drug test for a job I would shut that woman down quickly...customer service

I go by PhysicianOne Urgent Care once a week, and luckily have never had a need for their services. Having to do a drug test for work, they were the closest approved location so I said “let’s give them a shot”. I can only say good things about the experience. Is drug testing covered by my insurance?
If the drug test is a pre-employment requirement or required by your employer, your employer will cover the cost of the test and will usually send you to a specific lab or draw station to facilitate the test. Beyond that, drug tests are typically out of pocket, and therefore not covered by insurance. It is possible, depending on your plan, that you could submit the receipt to your insurance requesting reimbursem*nt.
What is the most accurate drug test?
There are many different ways to collect a sample for a drug test including hair, saliva, and sweat, but blood tests are the most accurate. They are also the most invasive and costly given that they are processed by a trained phlebotomist and analyzed in a lab, and usually the variety that are required by serious employers.
