The hotel was very nice and clean. We were also near alot of supermarkets and residents, which was an added benefit. It was also about 5 minutes away from the metro station, which was very convenient because it allowed easy access to the city centre.

This is a great option for those trying to save money in Amsterdam. We originally booked 6 nights at the Swisshotel Dam Square (which was almost double the price) but determined that it was worth saving 1000$ USD and ride the 2 to 3 stops into town. Room was very comfortable and we really appreciated the " North American " standard HVAC system and large bathrooms. We were worried that food and drink options would be limited in this area but that proved unfounded. The Albert Heins Express Food and the Market 27 Food Hall are both in the metro station next door and had some great food and drink options. For the price I have to give it 5 Stars!

My stay at Mercure Amsterdam North Station was truly delightful. The hotel's modern and stylish decor immediately created a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. The location was perfect for exploring Amsterdam, with easy access to public transportation right outside the hotel. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Overall, my experience at Mercure Amsterdam North Station was exceptional.

It worth to mention that is one of the best bathrooms, very good space. Hotel locations is good. But few places nearby. What i did not like that I selected wrong dates in my first reservation and called you To help me modify it, but they couldn’t and in 2 minutes they deducted amount from my bank card and until now i did not receive it because as per the receptionist the hotel still holds the money with no reason. Please help to expedite the refund process. Also, upon arrival we had to wait and sleep in the lobby and the room seems to be ready but because of the policy we can’t check in before 3. Staff was below expectation i thought like any hotel all over the world that somebody will greet me at the lobby and take my luggage to the room however it ended up me carrying over everything. In my view, place was good service was below expectations.

We had a family room for 4 which was quite spacious. The hotel is relatively new and compact. If there is anything you need you WhatsApp or type on the app and it will be sent to your room. We chose the hotel for its location - a 2 easy train stop from the Noord line to Amsterdam central. The train station is literally steps away from the hotel. In the train station there is a little AH express convenient store and opposite the hotel a little supermarket. And a food court Markt27. Nothing other than that to eat around there so I suggest eating then go back to the hotel. Will stay there again.
