Have been going there for the last 3 years every since I got my puppy, and have never had an issue there lovely family ran clinic with a one on one with the vet regarding anything and everything price fairly reasonable.

Robert is an excellent vet who has looked after our 3 dogs who have passed and is now looking after our 2 new Kelpie male pups! When in his care, he treats them like his own, and his wife and other assistants are all family friendly and also give great love and care to all of our pet dogs! Thank you all for your continual valued service!

Dr.Robert and Michelle are the most friendly and professional team of Veterinary Surgeon’s I have ever been to. I highly recommend taking your pet to them, their love and passion for animals is amazing.

A note to the vet … I am absolutely disgusted that
after 6 visits over the past 6 months that our girl
Tia was repeatedly dosed up on meds that were
ineffective to her condition
Diagnosed with environmental allergy we believed
you knew what you were talking about we tried all
kinds of remedies for Tia ( & ourselves
antihistamine, hydrozole, lamisil )by 3 rd visit the
meds proved to be ineffective and stressed that
we would like to pursue other avenues as I
believed it to be either mange( as we started
breaking out in an itchy rash but told again
environmental allergy??) or a long term side effect
of chortisone which was abruptly disregarded !!
After seeking a second opinion she was whisked
into consultation room immediately had skin
samples taken and diagnosed with severe mange
mite ( none of which was even considered in your
clinic)and taken off the cortisone pills ..as a result
of this being left undiagnosed for so long
ourselves and our home are infested !! I am
beyond furious and will not be returning

Dr Robert is the best vet. He has been looking after my Maltese x Lhasa Apso now going on three years and I highly recommend him. His jokes are corny lol but his love for animals and the way he is with them is priceless. Everything is explained in a way hoomans can understand and no question is a stupid question. And his veterinary assistant Michelle is so nice and caring. I have been working with dogs a long time and I will not go anywhere else Thankyou Dr Robert 🐶❤️👍

This veteran clinic have absolutely no moral care of duty to the animals at first glance all seems fine but a deeper look reveals that the owner /vet will not stray from any pre conceived ideas that he has formulated they are also legally sloppy with many things do yourselves a favour go else where this vet does not care

Very caring and very thorough.
If you ask – Dr. Rob will explain, (plainly, in Strine, not “technicalese”) so that pet owners are well informed.
From my experience he treats pet and owner as a “unit” which is great.

We have been taking our pets to Robert for over 25 years and he has always been wonderful. The most caring vet and does his best to help in any way at all. Cannot speak highly enough of Robert, Michelle and Lisa. Thank you for all your help over the many years we have been coming to see you. Such a shame that certain people love to troll and get friends to do bad reviews to try to back up an exaggerated story. All new customers, please ignore immature trolls who try to damage a business by spreading untruths. Robert is the most caring, genuine vet in the whole of Casey. His prices are well below others in our area too. We all love you guys.

Have been seeing this vet over the years with multiple animals.
Robert, the Vet, I find to be caring thorough and jocular even in times where it is a sad visit, as he tries to lighten the distress of losing a best friend. The only downside to such a great vet is that it can sometimes be hard to get in at short notice.
This is a great clinic that I will continue to use.
Keep up the amazing work Robert and Michelle.

Not compassionate if you don’t have the money they will just sit and watch your pet slowly dying and convulsing outside their clinic. Money comes before the animal. It’s disgusting and very rude customer service by vet and nurses.
